Undergraduate Admission Deadline Extended to June 15 in Haryana

The Department of Higher Education, Haryana, has extended the deadline for online undergraduate first-year admissions from May 31 to June 15. This decision brings major relief to thousands of students across the state who had missed the initial registration window.

Impact Across Colleges

The extended timeline applies to 188 government colleges in Haryana, as well as various private and aided institutions. This allows students from Haryana and neighboring states more time to apply for their preferred courses.

In the Gurugram district alone, there are 10 operational government colleges—comprising three girls’ colleges and seven co-educational colleges—currently serving around 20,000 students. The deadline extension is expected to boost enrollment and offer higher education opportunities to a larger number of students.
