Mobile Phone and Cash Stolen from Home

Pataudi: An unidentified person allegedly stole a mobile phone, ₹5,500 in cash from a trunk, and ₹450 from a wallet at the home of a retired employee of the Haryana Governor House in Chandigarh in Bas Padamka village. According to the complaint, the victim, Jeet Ram, who lives alone in the village, went to sleep at around 11 p.m. on June 20. When he woke up on the morning of June 21, he found that his mobile phone was missing. On checking his room, he discovered that his trunk had been opened and ₹5,500 in cash had been stolen. His wallet was also missing, along with ₹450 kept inside it. Based on the complaint, Pataudi Police have registered an FIR against an unidentified person under the relevant sections of the law and have started an investigation.
